How Ekatan works, what it costs and what you get — in plain words.
Send us a photo of your floor plan, and a designer draws your home within 24 hours. You design every room in 3D, add wardrobes, kitchens, TV units and more, and see the price as you go. When it looks right, send it to us: your designer checks it and sends an estimate. Once you have your keys, we measure your home and send your final quote. Accept it and pay the booking advance, and your order starts: we design it with you and build it.
Just your floor plan — a clear photo or screenshot of the builder’s drawing, where the room names and measurements can be read. Have it as a PDF? Send it to us on WhatsApp and a designer will add it for you.
No. Sending your plan, designing your home in 3D and getting an estimate are free. Measuring your home costs ₹999 including GST, and it comes off your booking advance when you go ahead.
Wardrobes, lofts, kitchens, TV units, study desks, false ceilings and more. For each one you choose the size and the finish, and the price updates straight away. Loose furniture, like sofas and beds, is planned with your designer after you send your quote.
Each item is priced from its size and the materials you choose. A design fee and site management are added on the total, then GST. You see the full total before you submit anything.
Not yet. After you submit, your designer checks it and sends you an estimate. We then measure your home and send your final quote, which is the one you accept. It holds for 30 days, and your price is fixed when you book with the advance.
Named brands and grades — for example CenturyPly boards, Hettich and Häfele fittings, and Saint-Gobain ceilings. Your quote lists the brand and grade of every material.
Up to 15 years, depending on the part: structural joinery 15 years, shutters, finishes & panels 10 years, hardware & fittings 10 years, lighting & automation 5 years, installation & workmanship 3 years. It starts on the day your home is handed over.
Planning and your estimate are free, and measuring your home is ₹999. When you accept your final quote, a booking advance starts your order. It is refunded in full if you cancel before design work starts. After that you pay in stages: at design freeze, on delivery to your home and at handover. A receipt follows each payment.
Yes. Until your design is frozen, your designer works changes in. After that, a change is a change order, priced before you agree to it.
All across Bengaluru, including Hoskote, Electronic City, Sarjapur and Devanahalli. We do not take homes outside Bengaluru yet.
Yes. Our projects start at ₹10 lakh.
Appliances, decor items and designer lights are not part of our work, and you buy the tiles and stone (granite, nano white, quartz) yourself. Painting, electrical, plumbing and civil work, and loose furniture, are planned with your designer after you send your quote: we add them to your estimate and confirm them after we measure your home.
We draw your home within 24 hours of your floor plan, and call you within a day of receiving your quote to confirm your requirements. Your design takes two to four weeks after you order, and building it usually 45 to 60 days.
