01How to cancel
You may cancel at any time. Tell us in writing, using the contact details at the end of this page, so there is a record of when you asked.
Where a signed work order for your project sets out different cancellation terms, the work order applies to that project.
02What comes back to you
What you get back depends on how far the work has gone:

Design freeze is when the last drawing is signed off. It is the point after which materials are committed to your home.
03The site survey fee
A site survey costs ₹999, including GST, paid when you book it. If you go ahead with us it is taken off your booking advance. Cancel more than a day before the visit and we refund it; after that it is not refundable. If the visit cannot measure your home — work still going on, or nobody to let us in — the first re-visit is free, and any later one is another ₹999.
04How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account you paid from, within 14 working days of us agreeing the amount.
05If we end the agreement
If the agreement ends under clause 16 of the Terms of Service, you pay for the work done and materials committed up to that date, and we hand over the drawings for that work.
