Your price isn't a guess or a starting figure that creeps up. It's built from your actual floor plan and the materials you choose — itemised to the line, fixed once you accept, and backed by real commitments if we slip.
One fixed price. No surprises.
The number you accept is the number you pay. If our materials or labour cost more than we estimated, that's on us — not added to your bill. And if we run late on an agreed timeline, we pay ₹500 for every day.
How you pay — in four stages
You never pay everything up front. Payments are tied to real progress, so your money tracks the work.
When you accept
Confirms your project and locks the quote.
When designs are approved
Final drawings approved — production begins.
Before materials arrive
Paid before materials leave for your site.
On completion
After installation and your final walkthrough.
What the price covers
Itemised quote
Every line — carcass, hardware, finishes, installation — priced separately. You see what each thing costs.
Materials & hardware
Sourced from named brands. The exact brand and grade is on your quote, not hidden behind a package label.
Installation & finishing
On-site work, finishing, and a quality walkthrough before sign-off.
One coordinator
A single person owns your project end to end — design, procurement, and site.
And two fees on top
Your quote prices every item, then adds these two. Both appear as their own lines — neither is folded into the price of a wardrobe.
Designing fee
The GFC 2D drawings, your 3D views, and three revisions a space.
Site-management fee
Floor protection while we work, debris removal, and the deep clean at handover.
While our founding-homes offer runs, we cover up to ₹40,000 of the designing fee. Above that, the balance is yours — and your quote shows the fee, what we cover, and what is left, as three separate lines.
Warranty, set by what we build
Your warranty isn't a single marketing number — it's worked out from the actual materials in your home. Structural joinery carries the longest cover, hardware and finishes their own, and your final quote spells out the years on each. Built well, it runs up to 15 years.
